We have confirmed the dates to reconvene the All Members meeting and setup the Venue once again. Our dates will be Jun 7th and 8th 2022.
To finalize our meeting plan, find below a timeline of events, and scheduled activities for our members.

Please follow the link to book your reservation at our contracted rate to identify yourself as a member. The contract with the hotel allows cancellation if travel restrictions are imposed on any members our group.
Create your booking as soon as possible, it is our view that post-pandemic that travel availability may be limited, and the hotel has another large event, directly after our meeting.

Vinyl Alliance Staff will arrive to prepare for members arrivals. Members may plan to arrive on this date if desired, no functions planned.
Monday- Jun 6, 2022
Vinyl Alliance Members begin arrival.
3:00pm - 5:00pm - Vinyl Alliance Meet & Greet Sheraton Hotel - Open to prospective members, interested parties and media

7:00pm - 9:00pm - Members Dinner hosted by the Vinyl Alliance Staff

9:30 am Members roll call - necessary 30-minute waiting period if all members are not in attendance.
10:00 am Members meeting official opening.
